Before taking this class, it is recommended that you take 4-5 beginning Pilates private trainings to learn some foundations of Pilates and some of my lingo. In this class, I try not to spend too much time teaching the basics. It is assumed that you already know.
Class will cover the principles of Pilates...core work, strength, flexibility, breathing, coordination, balance, and concentration. You will learn to not only use these in exercise, but how to implement in daily life.
